1. What type of hair do you sell?
We sell 100% virgin human hair bundles, HD lace wigs, transparent lace wigs, and high-quality synthetic wigs. Our textures include straight, body wave, deep wave, water wave, and loose wave, and more.

2. Are the wigs pre-plucked or ready to wear?
Yes! All of our lace wigs are pre-plucked with transparent or HD lace for a natural melt. We also offer ready-to-wear glueless wigs online, perfect for beginner installs or quick changes, no glue needed!

3. What’s the longest length you carry on hand?
The longest wig we carry on hand is 30 inches. Longer lengths (up to 40”) are available for online order only.

4. What textures do you keep on hand in store?
We typically have Straight, Body Wave, and Deep Wave textures in stock. For specific availability, please call or visit the store to confirm before arriving.

5. Do you sell 613 blonde wigs in-store?
Yes, we carry 613 blonde wigs in-store. Availability may vary by texture and length, so feel free to stop by or call us to check what’s on hand. Custom options are always available online too!

6. Do you offer wig installs?
Yes! Walk-in wig installs are available at our store located at 7401 Fortson Rd, Suite D, Columbus, GA. Come in, select your wig, and get it installed the same day.

7. Can I shop online and pick up in-store?
Yes! You can shop online and choose in-store pickup at checkout — but please wait for a notification that your order is ready before coming by. Only wigs we have in stock are eligible for pickup, so availability may vary.


8. How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location and product availability. Custom color or long-length orders may require extra processing time.

9. What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be sure to confirm your selection before purchase.

10. What lace types do you carry?
We carry both HD lace and transparent lace across our wig, closure, and frontal collections. All lace options are designed to blend seamlessly for a natural-looking install. Lace type may vary by product, so be sure to check each listing for details.

11. Do you carry synthetic wigs?
Yes! We also sell affordable synthetic wigs in-store. Perfect for quick styles or beginner-friendly installs.

13. What density are your wigs?
Most of our lace wigs are 180%–200% density, giving you a full, natural look without being too heavy. Higher-density wigs are available by request.

14. Do you install wigs not purchased from your store?
Yes, we do offer install services on wigs not purchased from us. However, Armani Extensions wigs receive discounted install rates and priority service.

15. What’s the difference between HD lace and transparent lace?

  • HD lace is ultra-thin and blends easily with all skin tones, offering the most natural melt.

  • Transparent lace is slightly thicker but still gives a flawless look.

16. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Buy Now, Pay Later options are available at checkout.

17. Do you offer custom wig coloring or styling?
Custom coloring and styling services may be available upon request. DM or call the shop to discuss your request and availability.

18. Can I reserve a wig to pick up later?
Yes, we allow wig holds for in-store pickup. A small holding fee may apply. To secure a wig, please contact us directly or stop by the shop. Holds are limited and not guaranteed without confirmation.

19. Do you offer bundles with closures or frontals?
Yes! We have bundle deals with matching lace closures (4x4, 5x5, 6x6, 7x7) and frontals (13x4, 13x6) in multiple textures and lengths — available both online and in-store (while supplies last).

20. What’s the best wig for beginners?
We recommend closure wigs (4x4 or 5x5) for easy installs and low maintenance. Straight or body wave textures are beginner-friendly.

21. Do you offer same-day wig installs?
Yes! As long as the wig is in stock and a stylist is available, you can get a same-day install with no appointment needed. Walk-ins welcome!

22. How do I care for my wig or bundles?
