Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on wigs, bundles, closures, or frontals once they’ve been shipped, picked up, or installed.
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If you believe your order is incorrect or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
Hair must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for any consideration.
